All AI-generated content is provided as a draft for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publication. This responsibility is a core element of your use of the Services and cannot be delegated to Montaic.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that requires adjustment for your specific market, property, or regulatory environment.

5.3 Disclosure Obligations

Certain jurisdictions, MLS boards, and platforms may require disclosure when content has been generated or assisted by AI. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable disclosure requirements in your market. We recommend consulting with your broker or legal counsel regarding AI content disclosure obligations in your jurisdiction.

AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise).
