Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@montaic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
6.2 Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
No refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of the billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
A prorated refund may be issued if you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans, but you will retain access through the end of the annual term.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact support@montaic.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
6.3 Free Trials & Promotional Offers
If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires. We will send a reminder at least 3 days before the trial ends.
6.4 Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, the data lifecycle described in our Terms of Service (Section 1.11) applies: 30-day export window (data available in CSV, PDF, and JSON formats), followed by 90-day soft-delete period, followed by permanent deletion. Contact support@montaic.com to request a data export.
